1. Access to your online account

Access to your online account is only available after completing the member registration process. Approval of your registration request is at our discretion. 

All actions made using the online account will be deemed to be made by you, and all Information provided to us is deemed to be complete and accurate. 

Access to your online account will remain subject to these terms and conditions and the REI Super Privacy Policy, collectively referred to as the ’Terms and Conditions’.

The Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for each registered account specifies the product terms and conditions relevant to that account. Read the Super or Pension PDS.

Your online account may be unavailable from time to time, including for maintenance. 

2. Protection of your online account

You agree to keep all passwords, account names, and log in details to access your online account confidential and secure. If you become aware that unauthorised access or use of your password has or may have taken place you must change your password immediately and contact us on 1300 13 44 33 and inform us that your email address, member number or password has been compromised, lost or misplaced. 

To keep your online account protected you must never share your member number or password with anyone including friends or family and ensure you log out when you are finished. 

You acknowledge and accept that we cannot verify whether a user who accesses your online account using correct login details is the correct registered user. 

3. Update to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to revise the content appearing on your online account, functionality of the site, the Terms or Conditions or withdraw access at any time without prior notice to you. 

Any subsequent access to or use of your online account by you will constitute an acceptance of those changes. You can access the Terms and Conditions at any time via the link at the bottom of the dashboard page in your online account.
